Fitness is fun

The only way you're going to achieve your dream body, is by doing something because you enjoy it. If you don't enjoy a certain activity and you're doing it just because you have
to do it or because you read about it in a magazine, won't make you achieve your goals.
I try to find exercises and routines for my clients that are fun and makes them forget that
they are working out. When you do it with passion,when you laugh or smile, there is no limits in your results. People that achieve dream bodies are people that look forward
to working out. They found that workout or routine that excites them. It might not excite
you and that's why you have to find what works for you. There is something out there for
you. You just have to find it.
I don't want to hear excuses like" I hate working out". When you find something
you enjoy doing and that you're passionate about , it will no longer be a chore.
If you're starting a fitness and diet routine, start with small changes.
Don't try to change everything

on the first day, because chances are, you are not going to last. The best results are

achieved when things are done gradually.

Go ahead smile and enjoy life. You can change whatever you need to change in your life.

Nothing is impossible. But like everything else, it takes changes.

Don't start tomorrow. Start NOW!!

Hello everyone,
Before I start the actual exercise, did you ever wonder how many calories are burned during a love making session?
Well actually it's 6.5 calories per minute. Not bad. Now there should be no excuse to be in shape. Who ever said fitness was boring!!
Now, let's get back to our potatoes.
I got an e-mail from Anna in Rockville that wanted to know how to work her abs while working at her desk.
Anna also just happened to give birth to a baby boy, and was wondering if it was safe to get back into a fitness routine.
Well, about 6 weeks after giving birth and with the O.K. from your doctor, you should get back into a routine.
Now, everybody should be doing this. It's not just for women that just gave birth, O.K.?
Here we go. Tighten up your stomach as hard as you can for about 5 to 8 seconds and release. Pretend someone is about to punch you in the stomach. The tightness you get seconds before the punch is what I'm talking about. 
Repeat it a few times through the day. It only takes a few seconds.
Think positive. Little exercises like this make a huge difference. Eat healthy and exercise regularly is the key to a happy and healthy life.
