Hello everyone,
Before I start the actual exercise, did you ever wonder how many calories are burned during a love making session?
Well actually it's 6.5 calories per minute. Not bad. Now there should be no excuse to be in shape. Who ever said fitness was boring!!
Now, let's get back to our potatoes.
I got an e-mail from Anna in Rockville that wanted to know how to work her abs while working at her desk.
Anna also just happened to give birth to a baby boy, and was wondering if it was safe to get back into a fitness routine.
Well, about 6 weeks after giving birth and with the O.K. from your doctor, you should get back into a routine.
Now, everybody should be doing this. It's not just for women that just gave birth, O.K.?
Here we go. Tighten up your stomach as hard as you can for about 5 to 8 seconds and release. Pretend someone is about to punch you in the stomach. The tightness you get seconds before the punch is what I'm talking about.
Repeat it a few times through the day. It only takes a few seconds.
Think positive. Little exercises like this make a huge difference. Eat healthy and exercise regularly is the key to a happy and healthy life.
